{"id":27438,"date":"2020-02-06T09:08:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-06T08:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madeinzaragoza.es\/blog\/?p=27438"},"modified":"2020-02-06T09:08:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-06T08:08:00","slug":"ceremonia-del-te-zaragoza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/madeinzaragoza.es\/blog\/ceremonia-del-te-zaragoza\/","title":{"rendered":"Todos los secretos sobre la Ceremonia del T\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Viajar a otra cultura, relajarnos y cuidar de nuestra salud son algunas de las cosas que podemos aprender tomando una taza de t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para conocer la tradicional Ceremonia del t\u00e9 Chanoyu, hemos visitado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espabilate.es\/\"><strong>Espabila t\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> (Cortes de Arag\u00f3n, 47), donde el sumiller internacional <strong>Javier Murillo<\/strong>, nos ha podido contar varios secretos de este mundo tan apasionante, as\u00ed como su experiencia personal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Su pasi\u00f3n por el t\u00e9 surgi\u00f3 cuando ten\u00eda 8 a\u00f1os, al empezar a consumir el habitual en Espa\u00f1a, el de bolsita. En un viaje escolar a Francia, descubri\u00f3 un sinf\u00edn de variedades a granel. Adem\u00e1s, disponen de una selecci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9s y de chocolate ecol\u00f3gico del 99% de pureza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 t\u00e9 nos conviene m\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La temporada alta de consumo de t\u00e9 es de octubre a marzo, como la de esqu\u00ed. Sin embargo, cada vez se consume m\u00e1s en verano, tanto frio como caliente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el invierno, muchos clientes buscan soluciones para perder peso, as\u00ed como fortalecer nuestras defensas. Si no lo hacemos as\u00ed, al verter el t\u00e9, se enfriar\u00e1 y no sabr\u00e1 igual, nos explica Javier mientras hierve agua, que se recomienda que sea de mineralizaci\u00f3n d\u00e9bil. Seleccionamos un t\u00e9 verde, un sencha japon\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, contamos con dos recipientes: el <strong>gaiwan<\/strong> (cuenco con tapa) y el <strong>sicha<\/strong> (mar de t\u00e9), adem\u00e1s de dos tazas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para un buen t\u00e9, hacen falta tres cosas fundamentales: <strong>tiempo, temperatura y cantidad<\/strong>. Dos gramos y medio ser\u00edan suficientes para una taza. Con el agua a 80 grados, echamos el t\u00e9 en el gaiwan. El color es el cl\u00e1sico: un verde amarillento. Nunca se sirven hasta arriba, para evitar quemarse al beber, siempre con sorbos peque\u00f1os, para degustar la intensidad del sabor. En el caso del t\u00e9 negro, es perfecto para chocolate o queso curado. Parecido a la filosof\u00eda del slow food.
